Respected Sir/Madam,

My name is Prashant Bhalchandra Pawar. My cell no. is 97663 99422. i have activate GPRS connection Plan 249. in April. But this is not affordable me. so I send SMS to 121 deactivate my GPRS connection in May. But it does not Deactivate. GPRS connection charges add in june bill. I Complaint again to customer Care. with refence no.2783117. but not take action on complaint. agian GPRS connection charges add in july bill . so i Request you to deduct my GPRS Connection charges from june to july.
