I am a airtel govt. sim card customer in mumbai region. it is been observed that whenever ur card outgoing validity expires u can't make the call to tollfree customer care no.(121/9892098920) which shouldn't be happen in any case.as the other service providers are allowing airtel should make available this emergency service.also many of the retailers are not knowing the govt sim card recharge options & the same are also not available on ur website.that makes many problems at the time of recharge
