Balance deduction

Dear Sir,

I Mr. Rakesh Thakur is an Airtel prepaid subscriber with contact number 9987996291.Airtel had activated my a cricket update service on my number from their side which resulted in the deduction of my balance. I was not aware about that service because I was out of town and my cell was switched of for the past three months. Today when I came back and when I switched it on I found that my balance was deducted around 40-50Rs which is not justified. And when I called the customer care they are not ready to listen to me. They are telling that they dont have the records. How come they can deduct the balance without any usage of the services. They keep on doing these kinds of things to raise their money which affects the customers.

I request you to have a look in this matter and return my deducted amount.
