Dear Sir / Madam,
I and my father are having AIRTEL mobile connection under CUG tariff plan. I wish to put up a complain on AIRTEL company, where there is intentionally wrong levy of charges (rates) of my postpaid connection as against rates given in my intoduction letter. No one is solving the problem since last three months. Last three months I have been mentally harassed my repetative calls from AIRTEL Company regarding bill payment and disconnection of my mobile connection to me and my dad. I am even trying with Nodal agency and Appelate authority of AIRTEL (TRAI), but in vain. I have not paid two months bill, which I intent to get setoff against the excess amount paid for the wrong levy of charges. Company customer centre and all the affiliate agency are not responding till three months of my query.
I am having all the proofs and have also send to the company but till now no one has responded. I want the credit of the excess amount paid retrospectively. Please arrange to redress the issue since being a sincere employee, I am not in a position to concentrate on my work. I could be contacted at 09724426542. Please Help.
