Arring my cellphone even after payment is made

The company barred my cell phone, number 9892734554, on saturday 8th march on inquiry at 121 helpline, i was told that my feb bill is not paid, i told them that my bank has debited my a/c for rs515/- dated 12th feb and even send them a bank statement copy and got a copy attached from their centre with an assurance that it will not happen again, and they are sorry for the mistake.

Again on 15th march at about 4.30pm they barred my call number, and the helpline exec said that the feb bill has been reversed, i told him that i have given a copy of the statement to their malad center and that my bill for the month of march also states that the amount in question has been recd, finally they started my phone is this the proper way to bar a number due to companies fault in their accounting system, not only this, they have barred my daughter's number 9867294688, twice, on the same dates, and her phone is not yet restored, even after 24 hours of my complaint, now they say it is due to systems failure.

What should a person do in such cases, Please advise.
