No responce on complaint rasied

I have been struggling to get a resolution of this problem. There is no response from Bharti. Not even a single call to confirm that they are looking into the issue. Why do they have Appellate Officer if they don't respond to issue. Customer care cares hoots to issue raised and almost every time call gets transferred from one place to others. I guess Now I will just have to reconcile that no one cares.

Dear Customer Service officer

I have a Land Line connection - 0120-4265573 (account # 12066313)

Last month I received a bill of Rs 1421/- . Post payment I called up customer service for a better value plan. Previous plan was 995/- monthly, 518 kbps speed and 1.25 GB free down load.

I liked the plan - Rs1295/-, 8 Mbps and 4GB free down load. This was a very good value for money as my monthly bill since last 30 months have been around Rs 1500/- .

Promptly I agreed, I was also confirmed that this facility was available in my area . (Airtel site also confirms this). Two days latter I received a call for confirming the transfer of plan, which I confirmed.

From that evening, my internet is much faster. Speed of connection also shows 8.1 Mbps .- on connection.

To my shock I receive a Bill of Rs 3168/- this month. I have paid the bill.

I called up customer service yesterday 9th April. I asked the rep about my current plan and high bill amount.

1. Rep confirms that my current plan- - Rs1295/-, 8 Mbps and 4GB free down load and previous plan was 995/- monthly, 518 kbps speed and 1.25 GB .

2. He also confirms no. of days for which I was charged @ of older plan i.e. 995/- post which new plan started.

3. He confirms that my total download this month is apex 3.25 GB .

He had no answers why my bill is Rs 3168/- . Almost Rs - more than plan.

Its just doesn’t make sense, what ever way one calculates.

Second shock.

Call get transferred to someone else.

New rep takes a complete U turn.

1. He says, my current plan is 995/- monthly, 518 kbps speed and 1.25 GB .

2. My request for change of plan was rejected and three attempts were made to inform me on 2 march but I could not be contacted. I have not received any call to this effect. My Mob is Airtel - please check internally

3.He completely disagrees that I am receiving 8 Mbps speed. A" fact", as it shows when I start the net connection.

4.When I confronted him that, if what he say is true, how come my bill is so huge. My pattern of usage has not changed. His answer was - I have been charged correctly according to usage and he cannot do anything.

I fail to understand, how a company like Bharti, can act like this …

This is not a isolated event. Three month back suddenly one bill of Rs 2900 came to me. I called up customer service and told them that my monthly bill have not exceeded 1500- 1700 /- ever. They didn't have any satisfactory answer to this. My net habits have not changed.

I made three complaints and nothing happened so I paid the bill and backed out.

Then I suddenly receive a Rs 600 refund cheque with no explanations ..

If this issue is not resolved, I will be forced to take it up with consumer court.
