I have been facing major connection problem in my college and hostel campus. I never get network in my room and hence neither anybody can call me nor I can call anybody if I am into my room. Even if my mobile shows some tower, I can not connect to anybody.
I have been facing this problem since more than a month. not only me but many of the frustrated people have already logged complaint for no conncetivity in the hostel. But till now nothing has been done to resolve this problem and even did not tell us why this problem is arising and how much time will be required to resolve the problem. This is really very irritating and annoying.
We people, here in somaiya campus Vidya vihar, Mumbai, 400077, are completely fade up with the service level and connection problems related to airtel. We are not being listen by any of the airtel executives and no body is ready to take responsibility for the problems. Had it been happened in Canada or US, proper action would have been taken within few hours and company would have given proper reasons for the problems with due apologies.
now all of us are planning to switch to some other mobile service provider. The only problem we will face is that we will have to change our mobile no. But this the extreme of the carelessness and ignorance of the customers. I can assure you all that if this behaviour of airtel persist for some more time, they will have to pay a huge loss for this type of extreme poor customer services.
I hope our voice will be listen by the Airtel people and proper will be taken asap.
