I HAD APPLIED A BROADBAND CONNECTION TO AIRTEL, LTER ON DUE TO SOME REASONS I CANCELLED THAT REQUEST AND GOT MY REFUND CHEQUE. THEY SENT ME THE REFUND CHEQUE ON THE NAME OF WHICH I HAD APPLIED THE CONNECTION . I AM NOT HAVING ANY BANK ACC WITH THAT NAME AND CANNOT PUT THAT CHEQUE AND THEY ARE NOT READY TO HELP ME OUT NOR THEY ARE ADJUSTING THAT AMOUNT IN MY BILL AND THEIR CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE OFFICERS ARE ALSO SO RUDE AND THEY TOLD ME TO FORGET ABOUT THAT MONEY.
