Complain Against Airtel Unbilled amount exceed from my credit limit & SMS issue

Dear Sir,

My unbilled amount showing 7488 Rs and my cradit limit was 2000 rs then how can be it exceed from my limit and airtel make GPRS charge so much although i didn't use so much.

I did complain of SMS issue on 21 July. Request id was --38609917 and without intimate and solution airtel did close this Request. Still issue not resolved.

I have taken corporate plan and such kind of service and issue should not be consider as we also work in service provider company.
