Hi,

This is Saurav, My Airtel no is 9958563535.

I have wrong billing issue since June. I had registered complain.

That has not been resolved so far.

Short description about the issue.

I was in roaming on 21st may. My GPRS stopped working in roaming. I was not able to access GPRS on my Laptop. I called 121 for help but it connected me to local prepaid customer service.

I called 9810012345 for help multiple times, But my issue was not resolved. I knew that this call is chargeable. All your supervisor promised that we will give you waiver for this call. I got the bill and all the calls i made on 9810012345 has been charged. I called multiple times to get the resolution, but nothing happened. Now i am completely fade up with Airtel service. I never had such types of experience with Airtel.

Kindly help, what should i do.
