MY MOBILE NO.9860020954.ALTERNATE NO.(02452220954). MY *121# SHORT CODE SERVICE PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVE. THIS IS TOO MUCH. WHEN I DIAL *121# THEN PREPAID MENU APPEAR (1.ACCOUNT SUMMARY 2. OFFER OF THE DAY 3. HELLO TUNES 4. DO NOT DISTURB) BUT I HAVE POSTPAID I WANT POSTPAID MENU (1. OUTSTANDING 2.UNBILLED 3.ACCOUNT SUMMARY 4. PAYMENTS 5.SERVICE REQUEST) THIS IS MY 10th COMPLAINT ABOUT *121# SHORT CODE SERVICE. WITHIN 4 MONTHS I HAVE THIS SHORT CODE PROBLEM. WHEN I REGISTER COMPLAINT AT 121 CUSTOMER CARE OR MAIL AT [email protected] I HAVE SAME REPLY FROM CUSTOMER CARE & [email protected] AGAIN & AGAIN (You had expressed concern over short code problem for your Airtel number 9860020954. We understand your concern and will work towards resolving the same. We would like to inform you that your concern has been forwarded to the respective department) 10th TIMES I HAVE RECEIVE THIS SAME REPLY FROM [email protected]. I HAVE CALL RECEIVE FROM AIRTEL DEPARTMENT BUT CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE TOLD ME (" YOUR PROBLEM IS RECTIFY & YOUR PROBLEM SOLVE WITH 4 HOUR, WITHIN 24 HOURS, WITHIN 48 HOURS") I HAVE RECEIVE 4 TIME CALL FROM AIRTEL BUT ALL TIME CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE GIVE ME 4, 24, 48 HOURS ONLY. YOU ARE PROVIDING 3rd CLASS RESOLUTION ABOUT MY COMPLAINT. I AM NOT SATIESFIED WITH YOUR SERVICES & COMPLAINT RESOLUTION PROVIDED BY AIRTEL & AIRTEL NODAL OFFICER. SOLVE MY PROBLEM IMMEDIATLY.
