BHARTI AIRTEL LIFETIME PREPAID CONNECTION
WRONG DEDUCTION FROM TEL NO 9967384268 even without I subscribing for the value add services

Airtel is deducting Rs10 from my pre paid balance every 10 days in the name of job alert services since last 20 days... i am 66 yrs old and i do not need to look for any job... also i never demanded such services . more over no information is available for excess to their NODAL OFFICER... ALSO custmer care no do not respond since last twenty days pl let me know contact details of govt. authority like TRAI to enable me to forward my this complaint... pl take up my this complaint to AIRTELL OFFICER CONCERNED
