I would like to bring to your notice certain problems that I have been facing with the Airtel service since the past some months.
1. Around 5-6 months back I refilled my account twice with the local retailer each time for a sum of around Rs. 350. I had to pay for the money although my account was not refilled on the pretext that it's the Company's fault and not the shopkeeper's fault. I tried to get the issue resolved with the Airtel office at Andheri-Kurla road made several visits and phone calls to the office but to no vain my problem was not solved. Here I lost nearly Rs. 700. You should be able to get these records in your complaint history logs.
2. Yesterday I refilled my account through online banking through ICICI Bank for Rs. 300. But again my account has not been refilled.
Hence I incurred a total loss of Rs. 1000 so far.
I have bought this notice to your executives through customer care service but unfortunately the conversation gets turned off every time.
I sincerely request to you to look into this matter at your earliest and resolve my issues failing which I will be forced to switch on to another service.
