Hi
I booked and gave documents for Airtel Broadband connection on 4 Nov and gave my cheque and id proof and was promised that within two days connection will be installed and till date the Cust Enrollment form is not reflecting in Airtel Database and when I call that executive they say that connection will not be installed and very rude and I just want to pass the message to Airtel officials about how unprofessional those sales agents.
Please if any Airtel official reads this message or new customers who want t use Airtel beware of these sales agents.
