We have sent several reminders through e-mail and letters, trying to contact on phone but to no avail. All the 29 airtel numbers that we have subscribed for business purpose, outgoing on the lines are deactivated. Inspite of number of reminders to your officer their has been no response from your side, nor the phones are working. we are totally dis-satisifed and frustrated as our daily business communication with our staff on sites is debarred and the amount of difficulty that we are facing just one can imagine. hence we have decided to opt for another service provider in the market and also your payments dues will be held back unless some one personally on senior level comes and discusses the issues.
