Increase the monthly bill of broadband

Dear sir,

i am prateek pathak i want to lodge a complaint on behalf of my elder brother pravesh pathak customer id-11820419

i am using airtel broadband from last 18 month and i am paid for that rs. 399/- monthly rental but now at random service provider change the monthly bill i.e. 449/-.
