I am facing problem in 25 Rs. Prepaid top up when I am entering the 16 digit no. is not going through and error massage is “you have entered wrong pin number ” but I have check many times number is same on coupon.

I am facing this problem from last seven days. I am totally irritated because of Airtel customer care responding me very badly.
