I am regular user of mobile services from bharti airtel and kolkatta no is 9903310333. In july I shifted to mumbai and applied for new connection. For that i submitted address proof & id proof to the sales executive of bhati airtel. What company had done they had allotted the mumbai no ie 9004000338, which i get printed on my visiting card (and all incoming as well as outgoing calls was activated before verification) and after verification they disconnected the no and asked for more address proof (like one reference name and his id & address proof which i duly submitted and sales man told me that now all papers r ok. The company did not activated my no and instead they send me the mobile bill at the same address. after long followup from airtel gallery at lower parel the company told me its time barred case now u pay once again activation charge 500 if i want same no i.e 9004000338. I paid once again 500 as i have given inform to all my clients, relative & friends about new no. The company once again activated my no as uausal and lated on disconnected. My last complain no 28701838 give to me by bharti airtel. My quries is that company should do verification than activate the no, secondly company should refund the first activation charge, thirdly after submitting all doc of referencee still my connection not activated and different people at gallery give different reply.
