SIM CARD FAIL ACTIVATED WITHOUT ASSIGNING OR INFORMAING ANY REASON

I am usuing Airtel mobile servioce since last few years. there is no default in payment of bills. inspite of providing information about the bill paid they ahve restricted my out going facility for 4 days without taking any pain to understand the accounts. i am regulary paying my bill through A/c payee cheque and neverthee less used credit card for Airtel bill payment. Today company has suddenly freez my sim card which resulted in restrictionof incomming and outgoing facility.
