Credit card not received

Hi... Myself Mohammad Saif Azad from mumbai. I am a gold card member. Before some days i have applied for blocking my card, and finally my card is block now. after that your bank suggested me that i will receive my new card within 7 working days. Today at 5:45 i got a call from Blue dart malad that there is a credit card for me. But the courier guy has told me that he didn't stay for 10 minutes. and he told that he will put the comment that customer is not avail. And my card will go back to chennai. I want my card tomorrow between 10 to 11 am in my office. So plz inform them to deliver my card as soon as possible
