Not receiving of pf amount

Dear Sir,

Please check I had been with bharti airtel services ltd,

Bhopal, for 4.5 years. I Switched over from there by Sept. and joined another company, and I had applied for withdrawal of PF into Airtel office but till now my PF amount neither transfered to my bank a/c nor received physically, even i dont have any information about at all. I talked to HR Dept. many times but they said "they have forwarded to PF Office, apart from this they don't know further". I am very my bothered. Because I am very much needy.

So Kindly look into the matter and do the needfull on priority basis. I am giving all concerned information about my PF.
