Passport getting delayed

Respected Sir/ Ma’am

I am Praveen Singh from Raipur (C.G.) I’ve applied for the passport on 18-Jan at passport office Bhopal (M.P.) with the file reference no- w970009 and date of birth- 11-Dec-1982, My complete police verification is sent by the local vigilance officer to Bhopal passport office by speed post (speed post no- spee820397490in) on 07-March; But I’ve not received my passport till date, and on enquiring on website it is showing “Police verification incomplete” (which is rather complete in actual). Kindly help me getting my passport
