All glass of my vehicle covered by tufloan coating

At the time of first service i paid Rs 2800/-- for tuffloan coating and tufloan coating was done, due to lake of knowledge of workman they cleaned all the vehicle glass by old cloth (tufloan), Due to it in night time when light of opposite vehicle raised on my vehicle nothing was seen, glasses become non transparent. I complaint to related fellow, he assure to repaire it but still around two week is passing, non response from that end.
