My LPG consumer no is 603204 with Bhavani Gas Agency.
My grievance is that the refills are inordinately delayed. The details are as under for the last one year&

I have contacted the agency on 23/06, 30/06, 04/07, 07/07
On 7/7, I was told that the cylinder was returnrd by delivery boy and hence i should book again and was promised that cylinder would be supplied on 8th.
I booked again under ticket no 214224 of 07/07. Till this day the supply has not materialised.
In thes context I submit that when I came from Chennai in 1998 the cylinder was registered with BP Prasanth Agency. Without our option only the agency was changed to Bhavani.
This is to request you to please revert my registration to Prasnthi Agency (BP)
at the earliest.
My request is necessitated on account of non compiance of promise by the Bhavani Agency and the fact that the delivery man never gives the Bill in spite of repeated demand.
Requesting for remedial action and transfer of registration to some other agency.
