Hi,

I have recharged my Reliance netconnect Broadband card (Id no - 7483288902) from Oxygen outlet in ITPL, Bangalore. I did the recharge for Rs.800 for Unlimited Plan for one month and top up of Rs.10; but now when I am checking my account there is no balance in my account.

I had conversation with Mr. Asit who handles Mobile Store in ITPL, whitefield Bangalore and he is not refunding my money back even after requesting him 3 times.

Instead he is using abusing language on the call, which is really humiliating.

Could you please take an adequate action on this mishap and help me in getting my money refunded asap for below transactions IDs -

It is really pathetic that once a customer goes to any shop, hoping for a good service but if some error occurred and even after getting confirmations from higher authorities; customer has to plead for his own money.

If possible try to get the money refunded in my HDFC account (Acc no-10451140011027; IFSC - HDFC0001045) as I cant go everyday begging for my own money.
