I purchased the above policy at Life Insurance Corporation, Mangalore Branch - II, IInd Floor, Ibrose Commercial Complex, P.O. Box 751, Jail Road, Kodialbail, Mangalroe - 575 003. Though I have asked them to send the file to Chikmagalur District Branch as I am stayed at chikmagalur permanently, till now I did not get any message from the above office.
