Bharat Gas Complaints - Poor Response and Service

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I have a similar complain that the bharat gas claims to deliver the gas-cylinder to its consumer within 24 hours of booking, while, we had booked our cylinder on 15/june which we have not received till date. We have no another fill cylinder. Also, the agency generally doesnt responds to customer. The agent is Dammo Enterpries Jhil Mill Colony. Delhi. I think that many consumers like me are facing problem to book a gas. Request you to take necessary action as soon as possible.
