I have a gas connection cons. no . 27779 under Dammo Enterprises (cc no 581848) Jhilmil colony Delhi 110095. I have personally booked gas (ref no 665)
on 12th- October around 11:00AM... i have also make a profile on the ebharatgas.com and book a cylinder (ref no 373561).. After booking, I will not get the cylinder delivered to my place even after 20-21 days, instead I need to call them regularly and i will get the answer that "it will be delivered today or tomorrow ..."almost everyday i have to call and i will get the same answer all the time. Then i have to go to the booking office and again i have to ask them/remind them... and again i get the same answer" it will be delivered today or tomorrow ..." I am living in capital of India and i am not getting fundamental services from Bharat Gas... will anyone look into this matter and help us to come out of this kind of issues please... as I am suffering a lot.
I will appreciate for early reply. I am eagerly looking for good services...
