Deduction of Amount towards Ring Tone

Dear Concerned Authority

Please refund the amount deducted towards rinftone Rs.7/- per week five times withour my consent.

Once, I have selected, this should be charged but you people have no courtsy to ask the customer wether I would like to continue or not. Did I made a mistake to be a customer of AirTel?

Now, let me tell, wether this amount will be refunded or not to take further steps on this issue.

My Balance is Rs. -5.85 because of amount deducted towards ringtone.

I am also in fear and not going to recharge because again this exercise will be continued. And again I have to spend extra money to buy a New SIM from a different company.

Please reply me immediately on this issue.
