I have ordered a metallic cot (proton) on 4th July. They told me that the supply is not currently available and mentioned the delivery date on 18th July. I went on 17th July and was told that since I haven t paid the full amount, I won t be getting it on 18th as mentioned. I made the payment promptly there. But since, I haven t received the delivery. When I am trying to contact them, they are ignoring me. I am on a fix. Please help.
