Bill No T 49/9027 dated 07/06, Big Bazaar, City Centre, Durgapur, W.B.
I had booked two double bed and one single bed (Rot Iron) along with 3 mattresses on the above mentioned date. The goods have not been delivered yet. The store had promised that the goods will be delivered latest by 11/06. The department has failed in its committment. This is for your infromation as I am proceeding for legal action as your comapany is playing with my money. I have visited this store for the second time and have been cheated on both occasions.
Another point worth mentioning here is that the sales person shouts in the premise to ofcourse boost sales but the decibel level is beyond human consumption. This will have adverse on human ears. You can be sued for causing harm to human health.
