I purchased a Samsung 21 inch color Television from Big Bazaar, Durgapur, West Bengal on 07/04. There was an offer to provide an Iron on a purchase between Rs 5000/- to Rs 9999/-. My purchase falls in this category. On 08/04 the T.V. was delivered but without the assured gift. The delivery man said the gift would be delivered by the person who would come to install the TV. However, till now (15 Hrs on 09/04) there is no response from the shop. My phone calls regarding the same is not being attended.
