Not Exchanging the Mobile after Commitment

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Kranti from Kharagpur, West Bengal.

I had purchased a Soni Ericsson Mobile Handset (G502) on 23.12.2008 (Tuesday) at 20:20:18 hours from Big Bazaar, Puja Complex, Near Andhra High School, Kharagpur- 721 301. I wanted to exchange it (as per the commitment given on Bill, "Exchange within 7 days") & went to the above outleton 28.12.2008 and without any valid reason they had denied to exchanged.

I had given two mails to Pantaloons (Big Bazaar) but they are not responding.

I need your help in this regard.
