Comments: sir I had already compliant of charging Rs 1950/- from mine STATE BANK CASH CARD thrise and promising me of geting the refund in a week time at the Big bazar Kota centre. This the case of 21/12.When I had gone the cashier, he demanded one week time more and then I made the compliant and phone call, came to me and said that your extra amount of RS 3900/ would be deposited by saturday or you can have the cash payment at the counter. When I had gone for collecting the payment as the amount was not deposited there, MR SHUKLA at CUSTMER HELP DESK giving me the reply that MR.MAHESH is not here so the matter can not be resolved.
How LONG one can wait for getting the refund? I feel it would have been better to buy from the retail shops. I do get the calls from the KOTA centre saying VOGUE STATEMNT that MR KUNAL OR MAHESH is on leave and when will they come, you would be refunded back the amount. I am about to lose the patience and going to report the matter to the COMSUMER FORUM
Till now I have not got the amount in my account. A call has come to me from the kota centre inquiring of my address and then I myself had gone and they had given me a letter stating that to the manager Axis bank, Ahmedabad for the refund -WHAT DOES IT MEAN? I want my money back in mine account at KOTA
so please do afavour to me to forward the compliant to higher authorities of BIG BAZAR as you might be closely linked to them as toll free no is now not being responded on my call and no reply is coming from [email protected]
