Why getting less amount?

I Amit Dabral having a policy (policy no. 429294804) from Nov and as this was the ULIP plan so i paid you for 3 continuous yeas, as this was the locking period (compulsory time).

I paid my last installment in Sep 2009 Rs 20, 000/-. But in Dec i got Rs. - of chq from you to say this above policy is reinstate. While i paid all. Because when i took this policy that time your agent told me this policy will cover me 20 years when the policy starts and i only have to pay you for 3 years. So i did the same but i got a chq Rs. 20, 000/- (chq no. 645082 from HSBC bank dated23/12) from you in my favour.

After that i contacted in yr call center where i talked to your supervisor (Ms Tina Dureja) regarding this and she apologized for this and a advised me to crossed the cheque and send them back and i did the same.

But after 1 week got an sms that "Dear customer chq 645082 of Rs. 20, 000 for policy 429294804 sent on 25/12/09is still uncleared in our records, plz deposit for clearance". After that i talked to yr executives and they made me confused but later i talked to Tina and she said she is going to call me but she did not and after that i tried to reach her but she does not come on the phone.

I am really upset of your service. Even i paid last 3 years Rs. 90, 000/- and they said if i would get only Rs. 20, 000/-. If this is then tell me what should i do? should i take the action to make me fool?
