Big C - M258 Mobile
Not connecting to my Compute

Sir,

I had purchased a Big C product Model No. M258 (Dual Sim Mobile) on 24.03.2009 at Big C showroom, Nalgonda town. In that mobile I have seen some problems are as follows:

1) There is no silence option while phone call is coming.

2) So many steps taking to save the numbers and names.

3) Left side soft keys are not working for above displayed icons.

4) Not connecting to the computer (with data cable)
