4 months back, we have bought C-Tel mobile from BigC at Habsiguda. They told us that it is from Big-C and we guarantee for the product and we are responsible for any services.
I have faced many issues and I have given for service four times so far.
Service people are taking minimum one week to 10 days.
Recently I have given for service in a dead condition on 2/Sep. They told so many reasons without any clarity and finally returned me today noon. So they took more than 10 days this time.
After the delivery, they told me that the battery is not working we will send that for servicing.
What nonsense is this? Again I have to wait for 10 days and follow-up with you people to collect it back.
So I spoke to Habsiguda branch incharge (don't know his name). I asked to give me a written commitment that it never repeats and if there is any problem within 2 months, you need to replace the handset.
He spoke to many people (upper management I hope) and told me that they cannot do anything like that. I have to live with it.
I spent 2 hours today morning to get this disappointed message. I had to shout on him and had to leave in bad situation.
Is this what Big_C offers to customers? I happened to see one more customer came with similar issue on C-Tel mobile yesterday.
This is really very bad and few old customers realized your poor service.
