They Don t Provide the Service as Per Commitment

I have experienced lately there services has got deterioated.

They dont deliver in time and have no delivery schedule. Previously the used to deliver twice in a day.

Quality of DVDs which run more are full of scratches and dont run at all.

You write/ speak to them, they give cyclostyle answer.

They do not give the name of the senior staff with whom we can interact to solve the matter.
