I recently received a DVD in a broken condition and though we complained about this to the Big Flix customer care, we were told rudely that their courier boy is supposed to have opened the DVD cover and shown before delivering it. When I pointed out that this was not done even once, they refused to believe it and told us to return the said DVD to the same courier boy who delivered to us and that they would not deliver a new DVD unless the old one was returned- which in this case was the broken one.
How do they expect the customer to go looking for their courier boy instead of they instructing the particular person to come and meet us?
And if they do not believe their customers, what do they mean by customer service?
