I Haven t received my shoe which i had bought online from BIGSHOEBAZAAR.COM

BIGSHOEBAZAAR.COM THE WORST CO. I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSSED.

Sir/Mam I had bought A pair of shoe co. name NIVIA product no. 11434 size 9 on may 15th at 9.50 am. On the same day I made my Payment through my AXIS BANK INTERNET BANKING. I got an mail from bigshoebazaar.com noticing that your order no. is 1239091 and thank you for placing the order. We people will send you a verification mail when we will dispach your product.

Still now i haven t received any mail or call fro these people or received my pair of shoe yet. According to their policy The shoe should be send to the customer within 5-7 working days. From the same day i am getting in touch with these people on the no s they have provided. Whwn i called up these people They told me that the shoe has been delivered to some one else. I was shocked. I asked them how is it so. Den Daily I use call them up and use to say sir we will call you back and have never called me even once. They are just fooling ME and one day wen i got angry on me he sai we will send your shoes in next 3 days and said sir just have patients.

Then on monday when i called up agin to know why i havent received my shoe yet i got very very angry on them and i told themyou people are very careless and i gave the bad words. so he was like sir why are you giving bad words, (i told them you people are worth that only). From last 15 days when i was calling you people you people use to say sir we are just looking after your case AND WE WILL DEFINETALY CALL YOU. These people have not yet given me a call. Then the guy on the phone was i an helping you and you r giving me bad words. i told him you plp had promised me you will give me a call where was your call. Then he was like do what ever you want we plp wont give the shoes.

Then i told him i will go to consumer court and launch a complaint against your company. He was **** go do what ever you want we plp also have a proof that you gave us bad words. I told him ok fine keep that proof with you plp. SIR/MAM i also have every proof with me about this co. wen i had called them, how many times i have called up, what i have mailed and etc.

Look after this case seriously...
