WRONG PACK ACTIVATED

I have taken BIG TV subscription on Multiple Set Top Box Scheme in which installation charges Rs 500/- will be discounted on second set top box. My smart card no. of both the set top boxes are 200594623951 & 200594623648. On the first connection I have paid 2990/- & for the second one Rs 2490/-. On both I have chosen PREMIUM PACK for six month which is under the offer by the company. On my smart card no.200594623648 they have activated POPULAR PACK.For which I have made complaint on their toll free no. on 03rd NOV 08 the complaint no. is 79408318, the complaint has been rejected because their executive has not mention that my connection is under Multiple Set Top Box Scheme. Again I have registered second complaint on dated 08 NOV 08 under complaint no. 79815468. But my compaint is still pending. The company is claiming for solving of compalint with in 48 hrs but in my case almost 9 days has been passed. Kindly help me out.
