I have purchased the BIG TV on 26 Oct with a hope that it will give good customer support being from a reputed company. But now I feels that I had made a wrong decision by purchasing this Big TV. My starter pack2 was updated to Starter pack3 on 14 Jan 09 with a view to get additional channels. The customer care rep told me that it will be activated within 10 minutes and I will be able to view all the channels available in Starter pack3. My wait was fruitless. The customer care rep ignored my complaints and instructed me to do so many techniques with the set top box which also failed to rectify my problem. Numerous calls to Big Tv failed to produce results and I was compelled to watch channels available in Starter pack2 even though I was charging for Starter pack3. After my continuous insistence of lodging a complaint the customer care rep lodged a complaint on 17 Jan 09.Big Tv was least bothered to enquire about my complaints or sent a technician to check problems. On 18 Jan I again lodged a complaint and asked them to either rectify the problem or revert back to starter pack2. I even intimated them about their worst services and asked to cancel and return the money if nothing can be done. Till writing of this, my complaint has not been sorted out.
The customer care reps take a long time in replying the quiries and often they say the server is down and running slow. This is ridiculous.
