I am using the connection since 10 months. Last two days any of my channels are not working but same time I am charging for it. Last two days I am calling to customer care they are telling my smart card ID number is wrong. My id number is 200664933439.Toll free number is not working properly same time I am charging for other land line number, i.e.022-3033 8888.I have already lost 100 rupees by phone to call them. I need action against it.
