NOT WORKING

I am manoj from TENALI.We had owned a BIGTV.Before we owned it we are having TATASKY when we are on that service we did not have any problem and after a year later we had came to your service.just for only two months it was good.

Thenonwards the problems are arising.we had changed BOX NEAR TV there by it was good for ONE OR THREE MONTHS. Now Due to the cause of airit says

SIGNAL LOST.After some time it says SIGNAL QUALITY IS GOOD but the T.V IS NOT TELECASTING.i BUZZED TO THEM THEY TOLD TO PAY SOME AMOUNT

what is this??? WHATS THE HELL GOING Onnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn
