i am a subscriber of big tv. on 11th of nov i lodged a complaint regarding loss of signal on my set top box. i was told that some engineer was going to visit my place to rectify the error. on 13 th i found that my services were discontinued. on inquiring about the same i found that rs. 175 were deducted from my a/c as visiting charges, when no such visit was made by any service engineer from the company's side. ever since i contacted the customer care 8 -10 times but they would not listen. kindly take the necessary steps regarding this so that i would get a relief.
