BIGTV - No Installation for the last 6 days. Looks like they don't have staff to take care of the installations.
Its very difficult to get through to the call centre. It takes a minimum of 25 minutes to get through. The call centre staff have no experience in handling customers and keep giving some lame excuse and talk about a 72 hr installation window even after the window has passed.
There is absolutely no regard for meeting SLAs.
Can we do anything about this???
