My mother bought BigTv and after couple of days finally the guy came and installed in Warangal, AndhraPradesh (India) and here is her Reference # 200596019104 and her cell # 9885664937. She got the satellite installed on Sep 15th 2008 and since then she had issues getting the channels, just blank screen come up and when she calls the technician guy, he says that he will come an fix and doesn’t come to fix the satellite. When she calls the customer care, they say that they will fix the issue and you are in line and nobody shows up. This is causing a big inconvenience to my mom.

Can you fix it or else could you refund her money back and take the satellite connection off, so that I can order other company’s satellite.
