Horrible customer service

I purchased Big TV connection and was told to contact the customer care number for the activation. I was given a work order-0000000001081 and was informed that the connection willbe activated in 48 hrs. Even after 4 days when none turned up nor called, i conatcted the customer care and was told that it will be done in another 48 hours. None called as usual. Connecting to the customer care which only single point of contact takes more than 10 minutes. Ultimately i had to conatct the retailer after 10 days to get the connection done. He was able to manage it for me. His service levels was better than that of BIG TV (a relaince AGAG group of comapny). After one week angain the conection used to go off every 30 miuntes. Agin i conatcted the custore care. The attitude was pathetic. Again i was told i will be attnded in 48 hrours.as usal none conatcted. Later i was told by a friend to try reconnecting the cables near the settop bax and also at the Dish end. Which ultimately worked. Till date none for Big TV has bothered to enquire the status. I have never seen such a pathetic and horrible service.
