Fee submitted without cash slip

Dear sir,

I am Mahboob Alam from sontha, kishanganj, bihar. I had registered the New conection without cash slip till now. I go to take the cash slip every day sdo office in kishanganj. Nobody resposible this matter. What I can do this matter. please help me. if any inquiry for electricity than after that what i can do. It will be responsible Only SDO.
