i have purchased a printer K7108 from a dealer and i sold it to my party and after 2 days my party returned it back as it was not powering on i sent it to HP Service Centre (Jaynagar 3rd block branch) overthere for repairing it, they are asking for one week. why??? do you think the customer will wait for one week and in that acknowlegment letter there is no contact number of that centre/branch then how can we contact the people over there and how can we know the details about the printer. please do the need as soon as possible... if you do like this how do we sell the printers to the customers.
